Where is the Entrance?

The entrance is at 67th and Mercy Rd., across from Kinkaider Brewing. 

What can I purchase at the Entrance?

Admission for 21+ is $20 (Includes one token)

Admission for 13-20 is $10

Admission for 12 and under is free

What is a token good for?

1 Token can be used to purchase: 20oz Bier, Canned Cocktail, Pretzel, or simple mixed drink

2 Tokens can be used to purchase: 1 Liter of Bier, or Sausage

Where can I purchase tokens?

Tokens can be purchased at the merch table, or from walking token people. 

How much are tokens?

1 token is $7

5 tokens are $35.

10 tokens are $70.

What can be purchased where?

• Draft Wagon- select draft beer, Sideshow's canned cocktails, & Carbliss

• Spirits Bar- Select mixed drinks made with Sideshow Spirits & canned cocktails

• Bier Wagon- Kinkaider Oktoberfest Beer

• Food Tent- Sausages, and Pretzels

• Merch Table- Tokens, Steins, Shirts, Hats, etc.​​

Can I start a tab?

There is not the ability to start a tab at this event.

Where is the VIP Area?

There sectioned off area near the stage that is VIP access only. You can purchase a VIP ticket which includes entry to the event, 5 token wristband, stein and access to VIP area, which will have Snow Beast Winter Ale available before the release. 

What happens if there is poor weather?

This event will be held rain or shine. We recommend that you dress in layers. 

What is the Pedal Pub for?

The Bike will Shuttle you around the event with fun stops for games and drinks

*You cannot take glassware on the bike. We will have a table and sticky notes to label your steins. 

Can I take my drink from Kinkaider to Oktoberfest?

Unfortunately due to liquor laws you will not be able to take any drink between the two locations.

Can I bring Outside food, drink, or cooler?

Unfortunately due to liquor laws licensing you will not be able to bring any food or drinks into this event. The only exception is if you have a young child that need specialized food or drinks.

Is there a cover to Kinkaider Taproom?

While Kinkaider Brewing is a host of the event and activities are not at Kinkaider thus there will not be a cover. 

Can I get back in to Oktoberfest if I leave?

Yes, as long as your event wristband is still on.

Can I bring my own stein?

Yes, a 1/2 liter stein is one token to fill and a liter stein is two tokens to fill.

Can I use beer tokens from Kinkaider?

Yes, if you have Kinkaider or Bierhaus tokens those can be used at this event.

Gluten free food/drink options?

Yes, The Sausages are gluten free if you remove the bun and Sideshow Spirits Canned Cocktails are gluten free.

Can I bring my dog?

We adore our furry pals, but with the anticipated crowd size, we kindly request that you leave them at home, except for certified service animals. Your understanding helps ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone at Omaha Oktoberfest.
